Rex’s Pasta

Rex’s Pasta will be open and ready for Easter Brunch. The buffet is $19.95 per adult, $7.95 per child 12 and under.  Taste test your way through the delicious menu, with menu standouts including Gia’s famous ham and ham nuggets, meatballs and cheese ravioli with asparagus sauce. Pair the main dishes with a side of scalloped potatoes, tri-colored glazed carrots or pasta. Mimosas, appetizers, and desserts will be served as well for an additional cost.

Central City Bar & Grille

Central City Bar & Grille has an Easter menu that is sure to please.  Menu offerings include a slow-cooked 12 oz. cut of prime rib, glazed sliced ham, and chicken cordon bleu, all served with roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus and topped with Hollandaise sauce,  If you’re looking for a vegetarian option, choose the eggplant rollatini topped with house red sauce and served with a side salad and roll. As for drinks, you can expect to find their vast array of local brews and specialty drinks. Central City also is open for lunch and dinner.

Acorn Grill at Greek Peak Mountain Resort

Friends and families are invited to hop on over to Acorn Grill at Greek Peak Mountain Resort and enjoy its signature brunch buffet that includes a variety of breakfast dishes, including classic cinnamon vanilla French toast and an omelet station. For the carnivores, don’t miss out on the meat station where the Chef will be carving Ham with Apricot-Peach Compote or the Prime Rib served with Au Jus and Horseradish Cream.  There will be a raw seafood bar filled with oysters and smoked salmon, along with pasta and side dishes. Acorn Grill’s brunch menu is available for $35.99 for adults and $21.99 for kids (children 3 and under are free).

Three Lil Birds Cakery

If you’ve been handed hosting responsibilities Easter Sunday, win over your family and friends with Easter treats from Three Lil Birds Cakery. For $28, you can pick from the four delicious gluten-free crustless quiche flavors, including spinach asparagus, cheddar spinach, bacon green onion, and ham & Gruyere, or get your fill of scones or jumbo muffins (gluten-free available).  If you have a sweet tooth, there are also Easter cookie trays and macarons available, as well as 6” or 8” cakes (Carrot, Coconut, Hummingbird or Lemon Raspberry).
