12 Days of Experience Cortland Giveaways Official Rules
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN PRIZE. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The entry period for the 12 Days of Experience Cortland Giveaways (the Giveaway) begins December 9, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and ends December 20, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. EST (the "Entry Period").
ELIGIBITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years old and over as of the date of entry. Employees of the Cortland County Convention of Visitors Bureau (CCCVB) and their respective families may not enter the Giveaway, nor may the employees of any third party sponsors, prize providers, or their immediate families.
HOW TO ENTER: Online entry is the only method of entry for the Giveaway.

If you are over twenty-one (21) and legally reside in one of the fifty (50) United States during the Entry Period, complete the entry form found at the bottom of the 12 Days of Giveaways blog at www.experiencecortlan.com/spotlight.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Entrants also have the opportunity to subscribe to the Experience Cortland newsletter for an extra entry. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account submitted with the entry. The "authorized holder of the e-mail account" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. Business, educational institution, etc.).
Except as otherwise stated in these Official Rules, the use of the information each entrant submits in this Contest is governed by the CCCVB's Online privacy policy, which can be found at www.experiencecortland.com/privacy-policy.
SELECTION OF GIVEAWAY WINNERS: One Prize winner per giveaway will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Giveaway winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by the CCCVB on Friday, December 20 and announced on the Experience Cortland Facebook Page and the Experience Cortland Website on December 23, 2019. Winners will also be notified by email on December 20, 2019. The CCCVB shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prizes within 15 business days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative Winner selected.
A total of twelve (12) Prize winners will be selected; one (1) winner per giveaway.
PRIZES: Each prize is subject to availability and the CCCVB reserves the right to substitute the prize, if necessary. Each prize is non-exchangeable, non-redeemable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substitutions.
PRIZE PICKUP: Prizes can be claimed up at the CCCVB office starting January 6th, 2020. Prize pick up can happen anytime during regular office hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm. Identification is required and you will be asked to sign saying you received your prize. If you are unable to come to the office to pick up your prize or you would like someone else to claim the prize for you, please call (607) 753-3846 or (800) 859-2227 to speak to a staff member. You prize will be held for 30 days starting January 6th, 2020, after which time, the prize becomes the property of the CCCVB.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: The CCCVB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the CCCVB's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or other cause beyond CCCVB's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In such case, the CCCVB may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by CCCVB.
