at Dragonfyre Distillery. Nestled in the rolling hills between Marathon and
Willet, this family-owned distillery is an experience for all whiskey (and dragon) lovers
to enjoy. See the art and science of whiskey-making come together with a unique
opportunity to experience the distilling process up close with a peek-inside a masher, a
whiff of fermenting grain, and a beautiful handmade copper still.

For wine drinkers there are over 140 varietals to choose from, or choose from over 50
NYS liquors and liqueurs (which you can also enjoy in a cocktail). The Tasting & Tap
Room also offers local assorted cheese and meat tasting boards to nibble on, as well as
local honey, maple syrup, and other various snacks. Keep an eye on their Events
Calendar as they offer weekly happenings from tastings to tap takeovers, open mic
nights and yoga classes.

when it opened its doors in 2010, and has established itself as a town
staple. Located in historic downtown Cortland, this farm brewery offers delicious
draughts and flights, as well as kegs, growlers, and cans to-go. Enjoy Naked Lap Lager,
Industrial IPA, 7 Valley Stout, Sunrise Coffee Stout (brewed with locally-roasted coffee
beans) and other delicious beers.
The brewery turned to spirits in 2016 with heir own brand of vodka, whiskey and gin
under the name Cortland Distilling Co. (which is housed in the same location as the
brewery). Its tap room is also stocked with a variety of local New York State wines.
