The oldest bluegrass festival in New York State, Bill Knowlton’s Bluegrass Ramble Picnic is set on picturesque Little York Lake at Dwyer Memorial Park. The event is free and many CNY bluegrass and old-time bands participate. The Bluegrass Ramble Picnic is held on the first Saturday in August at Dwyer Memorial Park on Little York Lake.
