Homeville Museum, at the CNY Living History Center, will be screening two original movies: "Robert T. Cooper and the Great War" and "The Coulter Code" on Saturday, October 6, beginning at 2:00 pm. "There's a Long, Long Trail: A Short, Short Story" is the tale of widower Robert Cooper and his quest for heroism in the Great War. Filmed at the CNY Living History Center. Starring Richard J. Lalosh III and Kevin R. Rung. 12 minutes long. The Coulter Code is the story of a small-town farmer who kept a diary in secret code during the 1860s and how the code was broken in 2014. Starring Ian Lamont, Tiffany Poborsky, Samantha Misa and Ray LaFever. 49 minutes long. BOTH have been included as "Official Selections" in the "Great Western Catskills International Film Festival" on October 19-21 in Andes, NY and the "Catskill International Film Festival" on Sept 7-9 in Callicoon, NY Arthur W. Pierson, Producer and Director of Photography, will introduce the movies and answer questions afterwards. Movie is included with normal admission ($10 for adults, $9 for Senior Citizens & AAA members, Ages 6-18 - $5 and free for members, active duty military and children 5 & under) or you can attend just the movie for a special admission rate of $5.
