The Truxton Memorial Day Parade

Memorial Day is next Monday and here is the current schedule. The Truxton Memorial Day Parade will kick off at 10:00 am. Any groups or businesses that wish to participate are more than welcome. There is no sign-up please just show up before 10:00 at the Frank's Place/Methodist Church parking lot.

The Fire Department will be selling chicken beginning at 11:00 am. This event will be a drive-by fundraiser, so please stay in your car and approach the station from the Cuyler side on Rt. 13. We will be selling halves of chicken for $9.00, the Auxiliary will be having a bake sale and a wine basket raffle. The tickets for the raffle are also available at Frank's Place, the Outpost, and the Truxton Liquor Store.
