Love maple syrup!? Love pancakes!? Want to know more about the process of making delicious syrup from trees right here in Cortland, NY!? Join us for a family-friendly, outdoor pancake-syrup-alooza!
We’ll taste sap running right out of the tree, sample delicious jack wax in our own Sugar Shack, and enjoy delicious pancakes with local syrup! We’ll stay warm with hot chocolate and local coffee from Coffee Mania.
Educational programming with be provided by the OCM BOCES New Visions Environmental Science class who have spent the last few months tapping trees, making syrup, and learning all about the maple sugaring process!
Food served: 8:00am-1:00pm | Syrup demonstrations: 9:00a-12:00pm
Members: Individuals $6 | $15 for a family of 3 or more
