Join a Beginner level Yoga class for everyone. All ages and levels welcome. Chair Yoga modifications available. Each class is designed to encourage you to align with your body and breath, release stress, go at your own pace and do what feels good for you. We set positive intentions, flow with our strength and end each session with a blissful, relaxing guided meditation and sound healing leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, refreshed and clear.
All my classes are gentle stretch Hatha Yoga classes for individuals of all levels, either those who are new to yoga or those who want a more relaxing experience. Learn the fundamentals of Yoga, Pranayama, Kundalini/ Chakra basics, Stress Management, and Meditation. Bring a mat. Wear comfortable clothing and do not eat any heavy meals atl east 2 hours before practicing Yoga.
