Homer Hops Brewing

Homer Hops Brewing is a homegrown craft brewery and taproom located just minutes from the Village of Homer and downtown Cortland.  Founded in 2018, we strive to provide quality beers in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. From the beer we brew to the music we play, to the sense of community we strive to cultivate, Homer Hops Brewing is a place for everyone.

In designing our tap room, we wanted to provide a community gathering place where you can make new friends or meet up with neighbors and sip on a newly tapped brew. The 3000 sq. foot space embodies rustic character with a modern twist, featuring the custom poured concrete 22-foot bar, reclaimed barn wood in our tables and unique decor created by local craftsman and artisans. Enjoy one (or two) of the variety of brews on tap onsite and in growlers to take home. We also offer NYS wine and hard cider to enjoy onsite.  Live entertainment takes place every weekend with the line-up featuring emerging artists and local favorites on the 250 sq. foot stage and state-of-the-art sound system.

Don’t forget to explore our outdoor space, offering beautiful views of the hops field, surrounding farmland and beautiful rolling hills of Cortland County. If you’re lucky, you might just be treated to a very fitting orange and blue sunset!

Operating on a 5-barrel brewing system, Homer Hops Brewing features a regularly rotating lineup of beers crafted with the finest ingredients. We strive to create beverages that are unique and sophisticated, yet approachable and balanced.
