5th Annual Chefs Take a Stand Against Domestic Violence

An event to benefit the Aid to Victims of Violence program
Hosted by Greek Peak Mountain Resort & Presented by Platinum Sponsor Borg Warner

Join us to sample delicious and creative dishes from 20-30 local leaders who will be competing to make the best dish of the night! While there, enjoy local brews from Homer Hops, signature wine from Thirsty Owl, and groovy tunes courtesy of local favorite Tribal Revival Band.

This special event is not just a fundraiser; it also highlights the importance of our county's ONLY comprehensive domestic violence program and the crucial need for its services. This program provides services such as assisting clients in obtaining protection orders and accompanying them to the hospital or courtroom. It also offers off-site emergency housing and permanent supportive housing at Grace Brown House, where women victims of domestic violence and their children can stay for as long as they need while they re-establish their lives.

Tickets are $50 each, and sales start online through Eventbrite on 9/2 and at the YWCA Cortland front desk. Don’t wait; we will sell only 250, and the price will rise to $55 per ticket on 9/25!
