Cross Country Ski Training Workshop at Lime Hollow

Join us for a quick introduction to get you started with cross-country skiing! We will offer a beginner lesson that covers an introduction to basic skills of skiing, falling and rising, balance drills, motion use of poles, and also small hill techniques. The introduction lesson is then followed by a short outing on the trails to practice these skills.

Please bring a water bottle and dress in layers, avoiding cotton. Don't forget gloves or mittens (not wool), a hat and a neck gaiter, scarf or buff.

This program is intended for individuals ages 13 and above. Participants aged 13-15 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration required. Event subject to snow accumulation.
