From chicken tostadas to Thai chicken soup, you'll add five new, fantastic recipes to your weeknight meal prep rotation.
*Part lecture, part interactive. This class will be peppered with lessons on sautéing, braising, and frying,and mixed with a discussion about olfactory sensations and flavor profiles. Whew! So much to squeeze into 2 hours!
