Nine years ago this May, when Cinch first turned on the lights at the Corset Building, Cortland eagerly welcomed our All-Local, All-Handmade permanent artisan market. Since then, we have been celebrating the connections we facilitate between regional artists and the folks who want to learn about, purchase, and make local art. Now, as we eagerly anticipate our 10th year in business, we invite you all to rejoice with us in a building-wide reception to celebrate everything that is creative, educational, and just pure fun in Cortland!
When: First Friday, May 6th 5-9pm

~Live Music throughout the building by Bradford Allen and Thompson Hall Acoustic Duo
~Light refreshments and Cinch reception on the 1st floor
~Public raku firing and the chance to make your own ceramic piece at Pottery Works
~ Tastings and sales from Marathon's own Dragonfyre Distillery
~Third Floor Artisan Market featuring live music and local artist booths
~Studio and Writers’ Haven tours at Magpie Custom Creations
~Superhero shenanigans at Cortland’s only comic book shop Heroes and Villains
~The 1898 Democrat Wagon on display from the Cortland Historical Society
