New York State Grange announces its third annual Health and Wellness Fair for community residents and their families to be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon at the NYS Grange Headquarters located at 100 Grange Place, Cortland NY.

The event is free and is designed to provide health and wellness information for everyone, focusing on resources and programs about which individuals may not know are available.  Agencies and organizations participating include those specializing in physical and mental health, elder care and family health, safety, nutrition, children’s programs, and more.

According to Sandra M. Green, President of the New York State Grange, “We are excited to bring this event about new and current health resources back to our community again this year.  Health and living well are topics with ever-evolving  insights, including drug addiction prevention and mental health for all ages, and more.  Families and communities are invited to attend, learn, have fun, and take home usable information.  We hope all area residents will stop in and leave with valuable information.”

If there is an organization that would like to participate in this health and wellness fair, please call Laura Magrum at (585) 813-8238.

Founded in 1873, the NYS Grange is a not-for-profit organization with more than 100 local Granges in New York State.  We are advocates for responsible government at all levels and are an organization emphasizing strong family ties as a basis for a healthy society.  As a fraternal organization, membership in the Grange organization is available to anyone who is interested in community betterment.  We are involved in our communities through family activities, and we practice democracy in action by creating legislative priorities and resolutions to be enacted into local, state and federal laws.
