Homebrewed Comedy is coming to McGraw when it hits the stage at McGraw Box Brewing Co. on Friday, June 30. Hedi Sandberg is headlining the show and Angel Penn is joining host Mike Peters.
The show starts at 7 p.m., but get there early to get some drinks. It's a free show, so tip the staff super well. Seating begins at 6:30 p.m.

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcasts, On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast.

Angel Penn is a comedian from Washington, D.C.
Hedi Sandberg is a Washington, D.C.-based comedian. She has hosted and featured at countless shows throughout the greater Washington, D.C., area as well as larger venues from the DC improv, Magooby’s Joke House and the Sandman Comedy Club to eventually headlining some of her favorite spots in the DMV. She has worked alongside some of the best comedians in the industry like Steph Tolev, Cipha Sounds, Tony Woods and many others. Sandberg has been accepted to festivals in Ohio, Georgia, New Jersey, South Carolina, D.C. and her beloved home state of Maryalnd. She also co-hosts a monthly house show that features some of the best comedians D.C. has to offer.
