Retreat Schedule:
11 am doors open
11:15-11:40 guided inner light meditation
12:15-1 Sip & Stretch Freedom Flow Yoga
1-2 lunch, shopping, & healing
2-3 Empowerment Yoga
3-4 cocktails, food, healing & shopping
