Every month offers an opportunity to pause, reset, and begin again. Just as ecosystems thrive through healthy rhythms, we do too. This monthly series based on the lunar cycle is an invitation to return to your own natural rhythm—in community--one sound journey at a time.

Join Earthtoned each month for a deeply restorative sound journey designed to help you slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into a new cycle. With crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, percussion, and other therapeutic instruments, you'll have an immersive experience that supports relaxation, nervous system regulation, creativity, inner reflection, and enhanced capacity to step into a thriving life. Each gathering is inspired by the energy of the new moon and includes a unique seasonal theme, gentle guided meditation, and time for intention setting. Whether you're completely new to sound baths or have attended many, you're welcome exactly as you are. No experience is necessary. Simply wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you relax. Chairs will also be available at the space. ✨ Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, grieving, creatively blocked, or simply longing for a little more peace, clarity, and connection. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.

WHO IS ROBYN MELLO & WHAT IS EARTHTONED? Hello! I'm the event host--Robyn Mello, founder of Earthtoned. Although I'm new to the Cortland area (and LOVE IT!), my work has been evolving for more than 15 years at the intersection of ecology, music, wellness, education, and community. Over the years, I've designed sold-out educational programs, helped move urban agriculture initiatives forward, consulted on regenerative land stewardship, worked with nonprofits and community organizations, performed music at festivals and public events, and facilitated hundreds of restorative experiences for individuals and groups. Today, Earthtoned brings all of those threads together into one integrated practice. My work is rooted in a simple belief: Your wellbeing is part of a larger ecosystem. When we reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the living world around us, we create the conditions to thrive—not just individually, but collectively. Earthtoned offers immersive sound journeys, private restorative sessions, ecological education, music, and community experiences designed to help people slow down, regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with what matters most, and build greater capacity for the lives they want to live. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, burnout, a major life transition, or simply longing for a little more peace and presence, you're welcome exactly as you are. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to pause and receive. I'm honored to begin putting down roots in Cortland County and look forward to growing alongside this community. I hope our paths cross soon.
