Patriot Burial Marker Dedication Ceremonies
The Marathon Area Historical Society invites the public to attend a special ceremony honoring two Revolutionary War patriots. The Tioughnioga Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) will unveil and dedicate two Patriot Burial Markers on Saturday, May 9, recognizing the service and legacy of local patriots who helped shape the nation’s history.
These ceremonies offer a meaningful opportunity for residents and visitors alike to connect with the region’s early American heritage while honoring those who served during the Revolutionary War.
