Sourdough 101Workshop

Join  Tara Vickery at Artisan Elements on March 23 to learn the basics of sourdough! We will go over the science behind it, what makes is so popular, the different tools used, techniques, and at the end of the class, everyone will go home with some must-have tools and 50 grams of active sourdough starter. By the end, you should walk away with the know-how to maintain your starter and make your first loaf of bread.
