Veterans Day Watchfire

Watchfires have dual purposes--to honor Veterans and respectfully destroy retired and tattered flags. Thus we are accepting flags at the CNY Living History Center. If possible, please drop off your flags at least a day prior to this event.

This Watchfire is sponsored by the Homeville Museum in collaboration with: Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter #377, Veteran Search and Rescue Ministry, and the Tioughnioga Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. The ceremony will be followed with light refreshments and fellowship.
