Every dog deserves his day, and your pup is no exception. Cortland County Visitors Center has gone to the dogs. Grab your leash and take a ride to 42 Main St, in historic downtown Cortland, on August 6 from 10am-2pm for an event that's sure to fetch some fun!
Here at Experience Cortland, we thought that all the pooches out promenading the Arts off Main Music, Food & Wine Fest might like a place to cool off and enjoy some pampering. After all, it's the dog days of summer out there! Stop in with Fido and try your paw at some games, snap a shot at our selfie station, enter our virtual dog show, and treat Rex to a pup-a-chino.
It's not all just fun and games. The Cortland County Visitors center will be filled with all sorts of goodies for your fuzzy buddies. Sadie's Ginger Snaps will be selling organic CBD-infused cookies to help treat whatever ails your faithful friend and a slew of cheeky baked goods. Looking for somewhere to hang your leash or display your love when they can't be at your side? Beacon Peak woodworking will be hand with a gorgeous selection of handcrafted pet-themed jewelry and accouterments.
Enjoy some irresistible kitten snuggles. Are you still searching for your fur-ever friend? Visit with the Cortland County SPCA staff and meet some local pets awaiting their future home. We can't wait to meet your darling doggos!
