The Downtown Cortland Repertory Theatre has announced their upcoming winter and spring season.
The new year means new events to look forward to at the Downtown Cortland Repertory Theatre! The Cortland location has officially announced their winter and spring events, which will include everything from karaoke nights to live music, comedy evenings to murder mystery dinners.

TRIVIA NIGHTS
Thursday, Jan. 16, Feb. 20, Mar. 19 and Apr. 16 at 7:00 p.m.
Trivia in a wide range of topics, with prizes for each round and a grand prize of the evening. Up to 4 people per team. A benefit for Cortland Repertory Theatre Youth Programs.
Admission: $5 per person
KARAOKE NIGHT
Friday, Jan. 10, Feb. 14, Mar. 13 and Apr. 3 at 8:00 p.m.
A event and fundraiser for CRT’s Youth Programs. Bring your friends, have a beer, and channel your inner rock star for fun and prizes! Enjoy entertaining themed-karaoke nights on Feb. 14 (Valentine Karaoke) and Apr. 3 (Cosplay Karaoke).
Admission: $5.00 cover charge. Beer/wine cash bar.
MY RISE TO THE MIDDLE BY COMEDIAN BRAD ZIMMERMAN
Friday, Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m.
Born and bred in Oradell, NJ, Brad moved to NYC and "temporarily" waited tables for 29 years, while pursing his dream of comedic acting. He now works all over the country in theatres, comedy clubs, casinos, JCCs...you name it, he's done it! My Rise to the Middle explores a man's lifetime struggle to make it as an actor in NYC. Following his hit Off-Broadway show My Son The Waiter, A Jewish Tragedy, Brad’s comedic stories of his childhood, long tenure as a waiter, and a misbegotten love life shed light on his career breakthrough in his late 50’s. Don't miss this hysterically funny, poignant and easily identifiable story that will inspire as much as it will entertain.

Heartfelt lyrics, soulful voices, fingerpicked guitars and hilarious stories. These two “homegrown” CNY musicians bring their unique, worldly talents to the intimate setting of CRT Downtown for a one-of-a-kind musical experience!

FLORENCE OF MORAVIA - MURDER MYSTERY DINNER

It's 1927 and local radio personality, Nevelle Haspon, invites you to the broadcast of a gala reception for silent film diva Lorraine Bowes who is making a film portraying hometown hero and notorious WWI spy, Florence Good, aka Hata Mahma. Joining Lorraine will be her leading man, if he's sober, Roland DeHay, and Lorraines's agent, Harold "Hawk" Toohey. Arriving without an invitation is nationally syndicated gossip columnist, Helena Handbasquet. Be careful - these celebrities autograph with poisoned pens.
