It's officially maple season, here in Cortland County and we have three ways you can celebrate all things syrup. Each weekend beginning March 19 through April 2, the sap will be running throughout the county.
So, grab your family and your best pancake batter and get ready for some sweet adventures!

Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm, Sundays 1 pm - 4 pm
Hop on the NYS Maple Trail and head on over to Cooper Hill Maple. For two weekends Cooper Hill Maple will be offering free sugar shack tours and demos, sledding, tasting, sweet maple teamed treats and photo-ops for the whole family.
Lime Hollow Nature Center

March 26 from 8 am - 1 pm
Ever wanted to taste sap running right out of the tree? Follow the line from the sugar bush to the sugar shack and to the table, at Lime Hollow's Maple Sugarin' Day! Sample some delicious jack wax, made on sight, at the pancake feast. Served with hot chocolate and local coffee from Coffee Mania, it's sure to keep you warm at this outdoor pancake-syrup-alooza!

The CNY Maple Festival is back, and it's better than ever! From pancake eating contests, to derby car races, helicopter rides to a juried art show - the 50th anniversary of the Maple Festival is not to be missed. Pack up the whole family for a weekend full of culinary delights, maple delicacies, live demos, and memory making.
