This Saturday, prepare yourself for a spectacular feast. Chef Matthew Dimond has partnered up with the Finger Lakes Tasting and Tap Room to create a perfectly paired six course dinner. Inspired by autumn's harvest, each plate promises to be filled with local, fresh produce bursting with seasonal flavors.
"We're going to get a lot of the vegetables from Dietrich's in Dryden," said Dimond. "Some of the other ingredients will be from Cortland Produce and Wegmans and will come from Upstate New York as much as possible."
When asked what one might expect of the meal, Dimond responded, "The six courses are going to be small plates and will all pair with local wines and a mead. Also, the menu will be completely gluten free. It will definitely be fresh and delicious!" Pressed for a hint, Dimond shared "The first course is going to be smoked deviled duck eggs, with mustard "caviar," bourbon maple duck bacon jam, and a wild flower garnish."
If this meal singing your siren song, you can purchase tickets for $65, through Finger Lakes Tasting and Tap Room. The dinner will be held Saturday, November 13th, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Space is limited, so early purchase is recommended. To purchase tickets, click the link below.
