Exodus Apiary

Exodus Apiary harvests honey from their hives located throughout Cortland County. A true taste of the terra. While all their honey is lovely, the rare Wild Aster Honey is especially delicious. Nearly white in color, this high viscosity honey is heady and aromatic. Despite its strong perfume, it is delicate on the pallet and tastes a bit like tropical fruits. It is a uniquely different honey experience, as it crystallizes within days of spinning. This honey, and many other varietals, can be found at their charming, self-serve roadside stand. So a bottle of golden honey is never more than a country drive away.
