Fossil Hike

Step back in time on this family-friendly fossil-hunting adventure along the FLT! Designed for curious explorers of all ages, this guided hike introduces participants to the ancient landscapes, plants, and creatures that once shaped our region. As we walk along the trail and streams, our geologist guide will point out geological features, explain how fossils form, and share stories of the prehistoric worlds preserved beneath our feet.

Participants will learn how to safely and respectfully search for fossils, identify common finds, and understand their scientific significance.
